Delivery Policy

Delivery

  1. Shipping fees will be charged and added to the price of the product/service delivered to you.

  2. All ordered products will only be delivered to addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (excluding village houses, Park Island, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, Tung Chung, Disneyland, and remote areas). Orders will be shipped within two working days after successful confirmation. If you wish to have your order delivered to multiple locations or partially shipped, please place separate orders.

  3. Delivery may be delayed if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. In such cases, we will contact you by phone or email on the next working day to arrange an alternative delivery time.

  4. Delivery hours : Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (no specific time slots available).

  5. Redelivery and Additional Fees :
    To ensure smooth delivery of products, please provide complete and accurate recipient contact information.
    Please note that we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees under the following circumstances:

    5.1 The provided recipient details (e.g., address, phone number) are incomplete, incorrect, or invalid.
    5.2 The delivery person is unable to reach the recipient or the call goes unanswered when attempting to contact them using the provided phone number, resulting in a failed delivery.

  6. Door-to-Door Delivery Surcharge Terms :
    If the customer requests "door-to-door delivery" service (where the delivery person must deliver the product to the specified indoor address, including but not limited to residences, companies, offices, and restaurants), an additional door-to-door service fee will be charged to ensure you enjoy a more convenient direct delivery experience.

  7. Delivery Method :
    Our company arranges delivery by drivers. For in-stock items : shipping within 3 days, delivery within 3 days. For pre-order items: shipping within 3–10 days, delivery within 3–10 days.
